Launched in 2019 in a fully renovated 1950s industrial building in Forest (Brussels), Galila's P.O.C. (Passion, Obsession, Collection) is a private space dedicated to Galila Barzilai's contemporary art collection. Through around twenty themes as eclectic as they are playful - including the eye, the book, the chair, recycling, the egg, money and the ready-made - Galila has created a vibrant and unexpected cabinet of curiosities. More than 650 works by emerging and established artists from around the world are displayed throughout the building's three floors. Passionate to the point of obsession, Galila describes herself as an "Artoholic" rather than simply a collector. She personally leads all visits in small groups, encouraging dialogue and sharing her unique perspective with visitors. Here, art challenges, delights, provokes and never leaves anyone indifferent.
